Actually, that’s the difference between a good or amazing cosplay picture. I’m pretty sure what you see/experience in person determines more than a picture.
fandom famous cosplayers get fandom famous from their pictures most of the time
not necessarily true
a good cosplayer is someone who puts time, effort, and thought into their cosplay, and sometimes even a cruddy quality phone picture a bystander will take of them doesn’t worsen their cosplay a fraction. they have either studied the character and or spent lots of time familiarizing them, did the best they could as much as they could with the costume, and are overall not a complete asshole about their cosplay, as i like to include the person’s attitude in overall judgement of their cosplay
and amazing cosplayer iS JUST THAT ONE COSPLAY GOD WHO YOU CAN’T BELIEVE EXISTS AND HAS ALL THE SKILL, TIME, AND RESOURCES TO MAKE COSTUMES THAT MAY EVEN BE BETTER THAN THE COSTUMES DEBUTED IN THE SHOW ITSELF AND YOU’RE JUST DFGHJKLKJHGFGHJKL;G4W;’YHK54W8YY 3V5LQGE[
Amazing cosplayers put in effort and have experience and creativity but most importantly love cosplaying and playing as their character. Amazing cosplayers make an impression whether it’s just their outfit or how they do the character.
